Possible exemption: Plates, sheets, film, foil and strip, of non-cellular plastics, not reinforced, laminated, supported or similarly combined with other materials, without backing, unworked or merely surface-worked or merely cut into squares or rectangles (excluding self-adhesive products, and floor, wall and ceiling coverings of heading 3918 )Exemptions and derogations, Art. 1ra: Import ban on goods generating significant revenues for Belarus (Annex XXVII). The ban does not cover the execution of contracts concluded before cut-off dates, which differ per annex tranche. Of the entries added on 24 July 2026, the wind-down covers ONLY CN codes 3803, 7006, 7008, 7009, 7011, 7013, 7014, 7017, 7018, 7020, 8707 and 8708: contracts concluded before 24 July 2026 may be executed until 25 October 2026 (Art. 1ra(9f)). The remaining codes from that round (2603, 2604, 2607, 2616, 2817, 2819, 7001, 7002, 7003, 7004, 7015, 7016, 7901) have no wind-down. Separate exemptions cover, among others, travellers' personal use and humanitarian purposes.
