Exemptions and derogations, Art. 1s: By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the competent authorities may authorise, under such conditions as they deem appropriate, the sale, supply, transfer or export of the machinery listed in Annex XIV or the provision of related technical assistance, brokering services, financing or financial assistance, including financial derivatives, as well as insurance and re-insurance, after having determin.
