Ja. Die Ware Zugmaschinen, Kraftwagen, Krafträder, Fahrräder und andere nicht schienengebundene Landfahrzeuge, Teile davon und Zubehör (KN-Code 87) unterliegt EU-Sanktionsbeschränkungen im Sanktionsregime: Nordkorea, Belarus, Russland, Krim und Sewastopol, Gebiete Donezk, Luhansk, Saporischschja und Cherson.
