Aluminium unter CBAM: KN-Codes in Anhang I

Anhang I der Verordnung (EU) 2023/956 in der konsolidierten Fassung vom 20.10.2025 enthält für Aluminium die Tabelle „Aluminium“. Die KN-Codes aus dieser Tabelle stehen in der Liste unten. Treibhausgas, das der Rechtsakt für diese Positionen aufführt: Kohlendioxid (CO2), perfluorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe (PFC). Der Sektor ist von der De-minimis-Schwelle nach Artikel 2a nicht ausgenommen: Die Ausnahme in Artikel 2a Absatz 4 betrifft nur Strom und Wasserstoff. Die Schwelle beträgt 50 t Nettomasse je Kalenderjahr, für Waren aller KN-Codes des Einführers zusammen.durch eine Fachperson zu bestätigen

De-minimis-Schwelledurch eine Fachperson zu bestätigen

Kurz: Artikel 2a Absatz 1 und Anhang VII Nummer 1 regeln die Schwelle und ihre Berechnung, Artikel 2a Absatz 2 die Folge einer Überschreitung, Artikel 2a Absatz 4 den Ausschluss von Strom und Wasserstoff. Die vollständigen Zitate stehen unten.

An importer, including any importer with the status of an authorised CBAM declarant, shall be exempted from the obligations under this Regulation, where the net mass of the imported goods in a given calendar year does not cumulatively exceed the single mass-based threshold laid down in point 1 of Annex VII (the "single mass-based threshold"). That threshold shall apply to the total net mass of goods under all CN codes aggregated per importer and per calendar year.

Welche KN-Codes für Aluminium führt CBAM-Anhang I auf?

Anhang I der Verordnung (EU) 2023/956 in der konsolidierten Fassung vom 20.10.2025 führt für Aluminium folgende KN-Codes auf (Tabelle „Aluminium“): 7601, 7603, 7604, 7605, 7606, 7607, 7608, 7609 00 00, 7610, 7611 00 00, 7612, 7613 00 00, 7614, 7616. Dies ist der Text des Rechtsakts, keine Bewertung bestimmter Waren.

Gilt die De-minimis-Schwelle von 50 t für Aluminium?
