Zement unter CBAM: KN-Codes in Anhang I
Anhang I der Verordnung (EU) 2023/956 in der konsolidierten Fassung vom 20.10.2025 enthält für Zement die Tabelle „Cement“. Die KN-Codes aus dieser Tabelle stehen in der Liste unten. Treibhausgas, das der Rechtsakt für diese Positionen aufführt: Kohlendioxid (CO2). Der Sektor ist von der De-minimis-Schwelle nach Artikel 2a nicht ausgenommen: Die Ausnahme in Artikel 2a Absatz 4 betrifft nur Strom und Wasserstoff. Die Schwelle beträgt 50 t Nettomasse je Kalenderjahr, für Waren aller KN-Codes des Einführers zusammen.durch eine Fachperson zu bestätigen
